1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the php789 platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms. This includes any updated versions published on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

3 Account Registration and Security

You may hold only one (1) active account on php789. Duplicate accounts are not permitted regardless of the reason — including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, bypassing self-exclusion, or recovering a suspended account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at registration and for keeping that information up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. php789 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on php789 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit channels include local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming wagering on this platform.

Deposits are credited to your account wallet once the payment is confirmed by the respective payment gateway. php789 does not control the processing time of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for delays on their end.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must complete the verification process to be eligible for withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

5 Game Rules and Betting

Each game type and betting market on php789 has its own rules governing how results are determined and how winnings are calculated. For live casino games, the result of each round is determined by the physical outcome visible on the live stream — the dealing of cards, the spin of the roulette wheel, and so on. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you through your last used payment channel after any applicable review period.

If your account is closed as a result of a breach — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or prohibited conduct — php789 reserves the right to retain any balances pending investigation, and to offset any outstanding bonus obligations against your remaining balance before returning funds.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding balance or pending transaction obligations.

12 Changes to These Terms

php789 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders through the platform or via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
